At Wealth Diversifined, we’re committed to delivering concierge-level support and comprehensive solutions to help your business launch with confidence. Our Business-in-a-Box Service is designed to provide all the essentials for a seamless startup experience. We stand by the quality of our service and want you to feel secure in your investment.
Refund Eligibility
- Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
- Service Fees: If you decide to cancel your Business-in-a-Box Service before any work has begun (including document preparation, filings, or consultations), you are eligible for a full refund of service fees paid, minus any third-party or state filing fees already incurred.
- After Work Has Begun: If cancellation occurs after work has started but before service completion, a partial refund may be issued. The amount will be determined based on the work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date (including state filing fees, third-party costs, and time spent).
- Completed Services: Once your Business-in-a-Box Service is complete and all deliverables have been provided (e.g., LLC formation, EIN setup, registered agent assignment, virtual office setup), all fees are non-refundable.
State and Third-Party Fees
- Any state, federal, or third-party fees paid on your behalf (such as filing fees) are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the status of your business formation or cancellation request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at 862-332-0721 or email admin@wealthdiversifined.com within 14 days of your order. Include your name, contact information, and details about your service purchase. We’ll review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
