Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked through our online system at www.wealthdiversifined.com. Upon scheduling, you will receive an email confirmation with appointment details and instructions for virtual or in-person meetings. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. To modify your booking, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us at info@wealthdiversifined.com or (862) 332-0721. Appointments are held for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. For remote services, Zoom or Google Meet links will be provided at least 1 hour before your scheduled time. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for the session. Clients may be asked to submit relevant documents (e.g., IDs, tax forms, incorporation details) at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Secure upload instructions will be included in your confirmation email. We are based in Newark, NJ but proudly serve clients nationwide via virtual consultations.
